Kettie Sambu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Management and a minor in Strategic Marketing from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences in Maastricht, the Netherlands. She was honored with the prestigious Zuyd Excellence Scholarship Award and was granted enrolment in the Fast-track program. Kettie has also attained a Pre-Master in Digital Business and Economics and is currently undertaking a Master of Science degree in Digital Business and Economics at the University of Maastricht, the Netherlands.

Kettie is Meredith Sambu’s younger sister and a co-founder of the Meredith Sambu Foundation. She is a mother of one beautiful daughter– Naila van Hauten. Meredith was not just an older brother to Kettie but was her mentor, protector and best friend. Having lived outside Kenya (namely, India and The Netherlands) with their mum who was a diplomat, MD always played the role of big brother and
Kettie’s protector. He loved her dearly and when he got his first job at Direct IME, Vancouver, he bought her a gift and also bought a gift for his local church in Maseno, Kenya.
